The following Terms and Conditions apply to www.saldati.com (our “Site”), SALDaTI Subscriptions, Bookings, Sessions, Workshops and the usage of SALDaTI Intellectual Property, including trademarks.

The following terms apply when the client has purchased online courses and/or products, which may include courses, assessments and/or other learning aids, which will be made available through Subscriptions:

  1. User access:

Each User has six (6) months from the date they were assigned the Subscription to use it. Therefore, Subscriptions will automatically expire six (6) months after this date of assignment, regardless of use. Failure to use Subscriptions within this six (6) month time frame, therefore, results in forfeiture. Refunds will unfortunately not be available for expired and/or forfeited Subscriptions. Subscriptions cannot be transferred between clients and cannot be shared and/or used by more than one User.

It is the client’s responsibility to know the status of available Subscription time that is left and what the Subscription expiry dates are. Finally, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the client’s computer system meets the technical requirements to access our Subscriptions. If you are not sure, please confirm with us at info@saldati.com

  1. Accessing Subscription content and updates:

SALDaTI will use commercially reasonable efforts to have all Subscriptions accessible at all times (24/7). Exceptions in this regard would be:

  1. When we do planned maintenance to the Site, which will only occur between 17:00 (SAST) on a Saturday and 17:00 (SAST) on a Sunday and/or
  2. Due to unavailability caused by Force Majeure.

Due to our commitment to continuous improvement, we reserve the right to change any of our course content at any time in line with market demands. Clients will have access to content updates during the six (6) month term of the Subscription.

  1. Online assessments:

In the event of a client purchasing an online assessment, the client and SALDaTI agree that assessments and resulting feedback reports, which includes the assessment data, will exclusively be used for User development purposes. The assessment data will remain confidential to Users and/or Raters that were selected by Users to participate in the assessment of the User. This implies that, unless Users and/or Raters provide consent, other client personnel are expected to maintain this privacy and not provide summaries and/or copies of the assessment data to other personnel if this would compromise confidentiality. Nonetheless, assessment data can be consolidated if there are three or more Raters and, upon request, this consolidated data may be provided to authorised client personnel.

  1. Technical support:

The Technical Helpdesk is available for:

  1. E-mail requests or enquiries at info@saldati.com between 07:00 (SAST) and 20:00 (SAST) from Monday to Saturday.
  2. Telephonic requests or enquiries between 07:00 (SAST) and 20:00 (SAST) from Monday to Friday.

The mentee (person being mentored) is aware that the mentoring relationship is not psychological counselling or any kind of therapy. The mentor and mentee are also aware that mentoring results cannot be guaranteed and agree that they are entering into a mentoring relationship with the full understanding that the mentee is responsible for their own decisions, actions, choices and results.

The mentee and mentor agree that all information disclosed during the mentoring sessions will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with any persons outside of the mentoring relationship without the mentee’s prior consent, except in those cases where such confidentiality would violate the law or could jeopardise the safety of the mentee or others. The mentee also understands that certain topics from the mentoring sessions may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other mentoring professionals for training, supervision or consultation purposes. Notes may be taken by both the mentor and mentee during mentoring sessions.

The mentee agrees to indemnify the mentor from all liability for any actions or adverse situations created as a direct or indirect result of the mentoring process, or a referral or other advice given by the mentor. The mentee acknowledges and agrees that in the course of the mentoring services the mentor may ask questions that may be personal or challenging. The mentee waives and releases any claims arising or resulting from such questions, actions or services, except in respect of a breach by the mentor of his/her obligations regarding the confidentiality of the sessions as outlined previously.

Payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be processed for E-mentoring sessions, workshops or any other online leadership development interventions, if a delegate cannot for some reason attend a session. However, SALDaTI will assist as far as reasonably possible to reschedule a replacement session for a delegate if such an event occurs.

All Free Friday Lunch webinars will be recorded and posted as Vlogs on the SALDaTI website under the Insights tab of the website, which might also be used for marketing purposes.
